Finance Analyst

Job description / Role

Financial Analyst required for an international company based in Dubai. Key tasks for this position will include:

- Complete monthly closing process
- Prepare for the monthly delivery related report (time tracking report)
- Record the project related accounting entries by collecting information from various systems, documents and directing project teams
- Ensure accounting entries complied with accounting policy and internal process
- Provide assistance on contracts and bid reviews
- Cash management account receivables / overdue follow up
- Key support on budget / forecasting / ad hoc analytics

Requirements

- University degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 3 years background in FA or Accounting
- Intermediate / Advanced skill level in use of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
- Analytical, detailed oriented, accurate with a sense of urgency
- Able to work to tight deadlines or under pressure. Flexible to work overtime if require to complete tasks within given deadline
- Initiative ,Self-motivated & eager to learn new things with open mind
- Good Team player; work toward set goals with various stakeholders
- Always looking to continuously improve business processes
