Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Based in Dubai - the headquarter for the MENA area you will be involved in various financial controlling aspects of this strategic and fast-growing region.

Supporting and leading day-to-day finance operations, you will ensure a reliable controlling and reporting as well as key follow-up activities with adequate analysis and action plans. You will be a key role of the organisation being at the interface between business and finance teams [local and headquarters].

Closing & Reporting
- Perform and support the month-end financial closing process
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reporting
- Provide detailed monthly analysis per cost center and cost type, analyzing main variances with latest revision, budget and previous year
- Prepare the monthly management report with analytic comments

Planning and Controlling
- Support the budget and revision processes, by performing retro-planning and coordinating with finance team members and other departments on information requirements
- Provide evaluation and analysis on budget data that has been returned on consistency and reasonableness
- Support the consolidation process of sales and budget data to provide a running estimate and analysis of P&L
- Be sufficiently knowledgeable on expense budget details and monitoring tracking tools

Projects
- Support for business and finance integration of new brands in the existing set-up upon opportunities
- Optimization of existing processes and tools, while targeting the best practices and standards implementation

Requirements

- University degree/Master in Business [Corporate Finance / Controlling]
- Solid accounting knowledge

- Strong proficiency in Office [Excel, Word, PPT]
- Confortable with ERP systems
