Finance Assistant Executive Manager (Financial Planning & Reporting) - Saudi Female Only

• The Assistant Executive Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting activities for company, implementing internal controls and providing management with timely management information while managing the day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate forecasting and planning cycles, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and regular financial and statistical
reports
• Ensure that established procedures are adhered to and that new procedures are developed where specifically required by the company. Ensure consistent and correct accounting standards are applied.
• Coordinate, where appropriate all financial reporting and provide ongoing analysis of risks and opportunities, as well as ad-hoc analysis. Analyze and prepare analysis at the direction of the Chief Accounting Officer.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all key financial information
• Coordinate and consolidate all monthly Operating Review
• Ongoing analysis of risks and opportunities (i.e. merger / acquisition analysis, Pricing Analysis, Cost Analysis, ROA analysis by business and Other Investment Analysis)
• Manage the consolidation of subsidiary companies
• Knowledgeable on the following matters:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Control
- Costing
- General Ledger
- Investment Evaluation
- Fixed Assets Accounting

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be a Female Saudi national,
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of related experience.
- Management-level accounting experience is required (2 + years).
- Professional certificate (. SOCPA, CPA or CA) is essential but not mandatory.
- Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of financial and management accounting
- Experience in Financial Services would be a plus
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Good written and verbal communication skills
