Finance Business Partner (Planning / Budgeting & Forecasting) – based in Qatar

Our client is one of the largest non-profit healthcare providers in the Middle East and the only organization to deliver a comprehensive range of acute healthcare services, based on clinical need, not a patient’s ability to pay. This is an especially exciting time for healthcare provision in the State of Qatar with a recent major restructuring of the system and large scale expansion of healthcare services.
They are now looking for Finance Business Partners. Based in Qatar, the role is directly responsible for providing financial efficiency and support with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of varying reports across other departments and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial guidance and strategic input to the Department / Hospital Heads in the delivery of their respective business objectives through a deep understanding of their business models.
• Work with Corporate Departments and Hospitals to improve communication, efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes, policies and procedures throughout the organization, and to share specialist knowledge as appropriate
• Share insights into performance metrics, show the financial implications of decisions and help the business get approval of the budget and investment proposals.
• Contribute towards the formulation of strategy, annual business plans, policies and procedures of division, to support organizational business strategy.

Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting or a field related to the specialization of the role or the relevant professional qualification.
• Must have a professional accounting qualification (CMA, CA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA).
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience (with emphasis on management accounting: planning, budgeting and forecasting) from a large healthcare setting or a large multinational organization.
• Must have previous experience using Oracle Hyperion system.
• Language Skills – English; Arabic a plus.
