A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Clerk/ Office Administrator to join a great team in offices in the DIFC.
This role requires a multi tasking accounts clerk who is also super organized to run the day to day management of the office.
Our client is looking for someone with a fantastic attitude who wants to own this role and make it their own. You will have a can do attitude and willing to go that extra mile.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Inputting of all supplier invoices in QuickBooks system and ensuring timely payment through bank transfer or cheque issue.
Issuing employee reimbursements for expenses.
Recording of accrued and prepaid expenses.
Negotiation of contracts and costs with suppliers.
Accounts Receivable
Maintaining electronic record of sales figures.
Checking bank account for receipts and reconciling with invoices using QuickBooks system.
Billing
Generating invoices and ensuring accuracy by reconciling with terms of business and candidate offer letters.
Ensuring all invoices are sent to the client and recorded on accounts system.
Forecasting and Reporting
Preparing financial projections for Managing Director to include break even and target sales based on agreed company objectives.
Monthly and ad hoc reporting of budgeted vs. actual income and expenditure.
Payroll
Responsible for producing pay slips for all employees.
Ensuring that salary payments are set up for new employees and ceased for departing employees.
Calculation of quarterly commission payment for consultants and preparation of statements. Issuing cheque payments.
Calculation of salary deductions and end of service payments.
Petty Cash
Office Management
Drafting and proof reading office correspondence.
Day to day running of the office in terms of administration functions.
Managing receptionist/administrator.
