Multinational US Oil & Gas client are urgently seeking a Senior Finance Director/CFO/Controller. Operating across 6 continents in over 50 countries this is an excellent opportunity to join a truly global organisation.

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and Global VP, based from Dubai this role has full responsibility for the MEA region.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing the whole ME Finance Department including heavy involvement in a shared service model
- Forecasting, budgeting reporting at Senior Management level
- Strategic planning and implementing
- Aligning, overseeing and rebuilding processes

Requirements

- Candidates must have a great deal of experience within senior roles over the years, minimum 20 years experience in Senior roles with strong experience of the Middle East region (ideally including India and Africa)
- Degree qualified with ACCA/CPA or equivalent Accounting qualification
- Previous experience working for global US organisations would be preferred
- Oil & Gas/related industry experience is ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work across multiple countries with diverse cultures, systems and teams
- Vast experience in assessing and reshaping teams
- Experience of working with large organisations c250-500m USD
- Ability to join within the next 2-4 weeks maximum
- SOX controls and compliance experience would be an advantage
- Tax / treasury experience is ESSENTIAL
