Job description / Role
Our client, an International Development company with outstanding pedigree, is looking for an experienced Construction/engineering specialized senior finance manager to oversee the critical financing needs of major development projects in West Africa. The role will be remotely located and offer an outstanding career opportunity to a talented and geographically mobile finance executive to join our clients MENA business. Reporting to the Global CEO and COO, this role will head a team of local accountants and project administrators to give critical support and guidance to the local General Managers to ensure adequate treasury management, asset utilization and timely invoicing and collection of stage payments on critical multi million projects.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Internationally recognized accounting qualification (FCA, CMA, CPA)
• 10 plus years experience including proven large project financial and treasury management experience.
• Strong analytical, sensitivity analysis and treasury management experience with proven commercial acumen in major projects and developments.
• Proven financial planning and resource planning experience.
• Ability to travel and live in remote locations and report to remote CFO/COO
• French language required, Spanish well regarded
