Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international management company that specialises in managing and servicing machinary in hostile locations. They are currently looking for a Finance Director to work closely with the CEO in driving and expanding their business.

The Role

- To lead and manage all activities of the Finance team overseeing all financial aspects of company strategy and being responsible for the flow of financial information to the chief executive, the board and, where necessary, external parties such as auditors or financial institutions.
- They will report to and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and partner with the senior leadership team and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization.
- The FD will oversee all compliance and recognition for all service centres and third party related contracts.
- The FD must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while managing all activities of the Finance Team.

Requirements

- MUST be a NATIVE English speaker
- MUST be based in the UAE
- Degree Qualified in Business Management or Economics discipline
- Qualified Accountant with a minimum of ten years of experience
- Experience working at all levels of management to board level
- Must be a self-driven, results oriented, and have a high multi-task proficiency
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral/written communication skills
- Solid strategic thinking, data manipulation, and financial analytical skills
- Effective in managing conflict and working collaboratively in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Access
- Research orientated, having an intuitive grasp of business economics and commercial strategy
- Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment
