Finance Director

Job description / Role

We are currently working with one of the worlds leading in Market and Business analysis to hire across the Middle East. They are looking for a strong Finance Director with solid business to join their regional office in Dubai.

Main responsibilities:
- The Finance Director will manage a team 16 people and lead the Finance function including monitoring and reporting results.
- You will work closely with the CEO and deliver Commercial Performance supports.
- To supervise and review (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) business performances.
- Presentation of annual accounts with recommendations.
- Review of accounts and investigation of variances then setting recovery plans.

Requirements

- Must have at least 10-15 years experience in Finance
- Must have a Finance/Accounting Degree. Ideally qualified (CPA, ACCA, ACA,)
- Strong business acumen.
- Must have experience within a Professional Services organisation.
