Job description / Role
The role of the Finance Director has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyse figures and implement
recommendations based on these findings with the most profitable outcomes.
Act as an advisor to the Finance Director - MEA on strategic, financial and business issues leading to accurate financial Region and country results.
Support regional stakeholders in the development and compliance of their strategies, budget and forecast and relevant business issues.
Advise and support regional (Capex) investments and acquisitions.
Analyze, review and advise senior management on Financial regional and country results.

Requirements
Functional requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or equivalent gained by experience.
* Preference Registered (Management) Accountant.
Key skills:
* 8-10 years of experience.
* Very strong business knowledge (of the express business).
* Minimum of 3-4 years field experience in a country environment.
* Strong Financial skills and experience.
* Knowledge of other areas than Finance & Administration (Sales, Commercial or Operations) would be a benefit.
* Fluent English language skills (other languages a benefit).
* Preferred Experience and Knowledge.
* Good business acumen.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Ability to manage the high level regional view (big picture) and detailed controlling activities.
* Strong communication skills at all required levels.
