Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Construction and Real Estate development organisation in the GCC, are looking to appoint a Finance Director.
Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will oversee, manage and evaluate the performance of Corporate Finance departments.
Must be a Saudi National, hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, have a minimum of 6 years management experience in a MNC.
Parkhouse Bell are delighted to be the preferred recruitment partner for the appointment of a Finance Director. Our client is a leading multi-national Construction and Real Estate Development organization with a diverse portfolio of projects.
Based in the Jeddah region and reporting through to the Deputy CEO, you will you will be responsible for developing and implementing a full financial, accounting, and investment structure across the business. This includes designing and executing the financial structure in accordance with the growth strategy, developing processes for liaising with private equity partners and establishing sound financial reporting lines.
Requirements
You must have experience across finance, accounting, and investing. The ideal candidate will be Saudi national or Arabic speaking with excellent command of the English language. KSA experience is a must in a multi-national / blue chip organisation. This position requires the necessary gravitas at this level, exposure to a range of industries, and leadership qualities at executive level.
To be successful you MUST have the following competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Masters and Financial qualifications would be preferred (ACCA etc.)
- 10+ years experience in KSA, preferably in the construction sector with at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Have excellent command of the Arabic and English language
- Prior experience in project financial structuring and complex financing schemes
- Excellent financial analysis skills
- Strong understanding of local and international accounting principles
