Employment: Full Time

Millar Cameron is an international recruitment consultancy, working extensively in the functional solutions and speciality chemicals industry internationally. We are currently representing a leading multinational FMCG company, who are currently recruiting for a Finance Director for their business, to be based in the Kaskelen area of the Almaty Province in Kazakhstan.

This person will be responsible for the operational finances, accounting, reporting and IT teams of this growing operation

Finance Director responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reporting, analysis, variance and trend reports, controls and structure in line with the company objectives
- Provide management with meaningful interpretation of the business trends and profitability, making recommendations where necessary
- Prepare standard production and labour cost reports, develop analysis and recommend changes to product pricing
- Provide and interpret financial information, to support management decisions
- Monitor and interpret cash flows
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports
- Provide standard cost and actual cost accuracy

Requirements

- Experience in a production or manufacturing based environment is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS
- Cost accounting experience
- Knowledge of consolidation
- Financial reporting experience
- English fluency
- Experience working in a large multi-national accounting environment will be advantageous
