Finance Director

Job description / Role

The Finance Director is responsible in developing financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans and directing staff. He provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. He supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. The CFO reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and directly assists him on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the financial evaluation of different functions.

Requirements

Education:
Master degree in Commerce
Chartered Accountant from recognized professional body.
MBA finance - Desirable

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years experience with at-least 3-5 years as head of department.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to work with different environment and nationalities.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Excellent team management skills.
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Background:
We are looking for a candidate who is fully conversant in both English and Arabic.
Ideally this candidate will have a manufacturing background.
