Job description / Role
Our client is an ambitious and rapidly growing multi-billion dollar diversified group company.
They are now looking to bring on board an experienced Finance Director for one of their rapidly expanding business unit.
As the Finance Director, you will support the CFO by taking full ownership of the unit finance function in a predominantly operational role. Your key responsibility will be to analyse current operations, to identify weaknesses across each of the finance functions and to make the necessary changes to maximise efficiency, with a particular focus on the standard costing processes. You will lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information across the group, and will manage a multi-billion dollar P&L.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Finance Director/Head of Finance role for a reputable organisation
* Manufacturing industry experience, with experience of plant accounting
* Excellent exposure and hands on experience of standard costing
* Multinational/global company experience
* Management of a large P&L (ideally $500m+)
* Proven leadership skills
