Finance Director

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading FMCG company who are seeking an experienced Finance Director to take up a strategic position in their company.

Outline of the role:
* Manage financial plans and strategies.
* Manage various business models.
* Assess cash management planning and forecasting reports.
* Business Management of the operations.
* Develop the Finance & Supply chain employees.
* Advises management team on financial policies and the implementation /application of such policies.
* Ensures effective accounting procedures/Internal control are established and followed in order to meet the financial reporting requirements of the business.
* Manage and develop finance personnel in line with requirements of the business.
* Prepares with other members of management the annual budget incorporating all business activities of the company into an operating profit plan.

Requirements

* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
* Strong commercial and financial management experience within FMCG sector.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to a broad range of people internally and externally.
