Finance Director/CFO

Job description / Role

A global Trading Company is currently looking for a strong Finance Director/CFO.

This role will be based in the UAE (Dubai) and reporting to the Board.

The Finance Director/CFO is responsible for:
- Overseeing the Finance, Accounting and Treasury department
- Overseeing the Internal audit process
- Implementing and supervising internal Policies and Procedures
- Preparing Strategic Business plans, Financial Modelling
- Developing key financial objectives that support the company's strategic plans
- Reporting to the Board
- Budgeting, Forecasting

Requirements

- CMA/CPA/ACCA or Equivalent Degree
- Should have a minimum of 14 years of experience and reporting to top Management
- MUST have Experience within a Trading Company/ Food or Commodities related Business
- Must have a strong Commercial Acumen. The ideal candidate will be acting as a Business Partner
