Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Finance Manager with solid experience in the Insurance industry, responsibilities will include managing the day to day functioning of the department and supervising the functioning of credit control department.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure proper control adhering to the policy are in place.
- Process payments to the relevant parties.
- Prepare draft budgets for management review and coordinate for finalization.
- Set necessary budgetary controls.
- Process quarterly closing of books and report to the General Manager.
- Liaise with the internal and external auditors.
- Coordinate with the Branch Accountants and Branch Managers for necessary support and guidance.
- Review and facilitate the opening of credit facility account for the customer adhering to the credit policy.
- Follow-up with the credit control team for receivables from the customers.
- Generate age analysis report periodically and identify the bad debts and forward for Managements resolution.

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 05:30 pm
Probation: 6 months

Requirements

University Qualifications: Finance/Accounting/Banking

Other certifications obtained: ACA/ACCA/CPA/CMA

Specialist knowledge: Insurance Industry Experience is a must

Nationality Preference: Arab and European Only
