The RoleThe RoleB/DH: FINANCE MANAGER, Dubai My client, a privately owned investment company based in Dubai is seeking to recruit professionally qualified Finance Manager to join its dynamic team in Dubai. Responsibilities: Coordinate with development finance and setup cost contracts. Prepare feasibilities and confirmation of adherence to master development guidelines. Review of commercial aspects of the tender, verify payments and comply with contracts. Compare actual financial performance with budget, identify variations and report to Management. In-depth cost analysis within and across projects, review of BOQ and cost while awarding contracts. Liaise with the commercial team, make future cost projections and submit presentations to Senior Management. He will be responsible in the preparation of feasibilities, review of areas and efficiencies, confirmation of adherence to master development guidelines, future cost projections, close liaison with commercial team, making presentations to Senior Management. In-depth cost analysis within and across projects, review of BOQ and cost in award of contracts and setup cost contracts, coordination with development finance. |
RequirementsRequirements Must be a CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance). At least 7 years experience in a commercial / techno financial role preferred; ideally would have exposure to Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate will have worked for a minimum of 5 years as a Finance Manager in a real estate organization in the Middle East. With 7 - 10 years experience, strong analytical experience. CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance). Review of commercial aspects of the tender, payment verification and compliance to contracts, budget comparisons and variations, management reports.
