Job description / Role
Our client, an international legal practice, is looking to hire a Regional Finance Manager to cover their UAE and Qatar businesses.
This role will report to the Regional Head and Group Finance Director. You will overview all areas of financial management and reporting whilst supporting the Senior Partners across areas of financial planning and analysis to provide strong MIS and management reports. You will take management ownership of a small team of Accountants and Credit Controllers and manage all areas of transactional accounting and the required billings and collections. In addition, you will implement and deliver strong budgeting and forecasting procedures across the firm to allow for strategic financing, client analysis and revenue controllership.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with a strong track record across the legal industry to deliver on the required reporting and accounting undertakings. You should be highly organised with the gravitas and communication skill set to liaise and partner with all areas of Senior Management. Ideally you should be a UAE based candidate allowing for an easy transition combined with an understanding of the local market dynamics.
