Senior Manager, Finance
Reports to: General Manager

Supervises Finance, Accounting, Analysis and Audit

Drive, support and sustain organizational growth through effective management of Finance, Accounts, Business Analysis & Audit within an ERP environment

Key Role & Responsibilities

•Oversee all finance, accounting, investments and audit functions at the Company.
•Direct all financial activities in meeting financial and strategic objectives of the Company.
•Engage in developing, monitoring, and evaluating financial goals, strategies and action plans with focus on bottom line and shareholder value.
•Develop and implement key financial matrix to drive a culture of accountability and assess performance against financial goals, strategic budgets and targets
•Establish and institutionalize financial and accounting policies, procedures, controls, processes and systems
•Develop and recommend actionable strategic, business and operational strategies to achieve corporate vision, goals and objectives
•Manage capital needs of the Company through cost-effective sources ensuring the efficient use of capital expenditures
•Identify, assess and mitigate key elements of the Company’s risk profile
•Coordinate closely and actively with line and staff managers to continuously assess, manage and ensure the Company’s profitability, liquidity and solvency
•Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, banks and external parties to secure win-win deals for the company
•Support the long-term growth of the Company identifying qualified opportunities for potential joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers etc.
•Effectively lead the finance and accounting team by hiring, developing, motivating and retaining talent
•Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent accounting qualifications with MBA as an added value element

Experience:
8-12 years, including minimum of 5 years in a senior management role in professionally managed large manufacturing organization/s, preferably in GCC, evidenced by an excellent track record of high performance and achievements
