Job description / Role
- Set up a complete system for accounting.
- Develop policies and procedures pertaining to the department and its interaction with other departments
- Establish project funding relationships with financial institutions.
- Manage the financial system, ensuing maximum productivity, and oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team in order to achieve best practice and optimal output, to meet the Group business plan.
- Prepare the business plan and cash flow for the Company and monitor and maintain throughout the year to control expenses and increase profitability.
- Present actual/budget reports to the management team to update them on market conditions, critical issues and the performance of the Company, and provide additional support as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a field such as accounting, finance, business administration or economics
- Masters degree in one of these fields is preferable
7-10 years of experience in a similar management position and in similar environment. Any additional qualification in terms of attending courses in finance, audit, management, computer skills and any other relevant subject is preferable.
RERA experience is a must!
