A Leading MNC is Expanding its territories with their wide range of food Products .need someone to help with changing existing operation Model to explore new opportunities. The incumbent will be required to work with other departments, provide financial support and guidance in new business ventures, new operating models and co-ordinate the transfer of businesses within the MEA region.

Designation-Finance Manager, Projects GCC & NM

Reporting - Finance Director

Take lead finance/operational role in the planning and execution of major expansion projects in the GCC/DM region. Incumbent should ensure the linkages between the various finance functions and the other departments in the company. He/she should ensure that all plans on new ventures and projects are consistent with the operating environment and company’s strategic plans. He/she must translate the assumptions to financial models for presentation to senior management and steer the projects through the various approval levels in the company. He/she must ensure all projects comply with local legislative requirements.

Where required manage the ongoing business integrations projects in the GCC/DM region. Develop plan for full transfer involving all departments. Liaise with other BUs involved in the business transfers. Ensure full financial analysis is performed and the transfer does not dilute profitability or returns. Prior to Transfer, ensure financial target transfers and properly aligned and approved by senior management. Ensure transfer is approved by the Tax and treasury departments. Follow up with Commercial team and back office to ensure transfer plan is executed on time.
Where required lead and ensure execution of pan-MEA finance related projects projects. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support the MEA Strategy team as required.
Provide financial support to the BIC project in Dubai. Work with HR and Finance director to identify and execute saving opportunities. Follow up, track and report savings to MEA management.

Requirements

10 years Plus Exp in MNC FMCG.

Nationality-Western,Arabic

Package -35 -40
