Finance Manager - Treasury - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

Spanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

We are looking to recruit an expert Finance Manager - Treasury to manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding & to ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash, moreover, Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections in addition handling existing credit facilities, and managing relationship with banks, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:

* Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet on-going operational, debt service and capital investment requirements.
* Manage credit facility arrangements with banks, including ensuring company stays in compliance with debt covenants.
* Conduct and review a variety of appropriately authorized cash issuing transactions, e.g. internal expenses, 3rd parties/vendors payments, travel expenses and other payments
* Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
* Advise management on the liquidity aspects of short- and long-term planning.
* Prepare short-and medium term cash forecasts for the business.
* Perform daily cash management activities including execution of electronic payments and daily reconciliation of cash activity.
* Monitor bank charges and address quality issues.
* Evaluate opportunities to reduce banking and debt service fees.
* Maintain current inventory of bank accounts, authorized signatories and bank contacts.
* Prepare documentation of changes in bank account structures, including opening and closing of accounts.
* Assist GM Finance in negotiation deal pricing and terms and conditions with lenders to meet Group Treasury and AFGRE requirements and ensuring minimal financial, legal, and credit risk.
* Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
* Manage and control interest rate/currency risk in coordination with Group Treasury.

Requirements

As a Finance Manager - Treasury, you must demonstrate the following Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Bachelor Degree in Business / Finance.
* SAP knowledge is a must.

Minimum Experience:

* At least 5 years of experience preferred in business environment, including treasury supervision.
* Accounting, Treasury & Internal control experience.

Job-Specific Skills:

* Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V-Look-up, charts, graphs and macros).
* Knowledge of ERP is strongly preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
