Employment: Full Time

A leading Facility Management Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a strong Finance Manager to join their successful business.

Job Role:

* Business Partnering - providing financial support for all commercial business decisions, challenging and making recommendations where necessary and providing guidance and value-add analysis to guide the business towards improving financial performance.
* Budgeting and forecasting - Ownership and preparation of the quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, highlighting performance throughout the year against budget targets and communicating potential risks and opportunities.
* Monthly reporting and variance analysis - preparation and review of monthly management accounts and distribution of monthly information which identifies, reviews and challenges key costs and revenue drivers within the business in order to highlight those which maximize profit.
* Review and analysis of data in the revenue forecasting database to assist in forecasting future revenue
* Review of current management accounts preparation and reporting processes to ensure as automated and efficient as possible using the current systems available
* Analysis of working capital and working in conjunction with the Controls team and the business to provide information to aid cash collection
* Ad hoc and project accounting - On-going development of the scorecard and other management information which sets out the key metrics around the business and assists the Senior Management in making key strategic decisions

Requirements

The successful candidate must have 5-10 years experience in the UAE and have solid background in Property Management or Facilities Management.

Arabic speaker is preferred.

Education: Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree.
