Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, operating in the Interior Design industry is now seeking a Finance Manager to oversee a small team.

Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000

Expected Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee small team, conduct annual appraisals & one to one meetings with the staff
• Produce Monthly Management Accounts
• Deal with the banking relationships directly
• Review Accounts Analysis & other reports
• Oversee job costing and continually monitor to ensure no overspending
• Produce project analysis and assist other Heads of Departments with financial queries
• Produce ad-hoc reports at the request of the Head of Accounts
• Monitor key budget KPIs
• Prepare the Annual Budget, working with the Group FD to finalise
• Control of Budget/Forecast Expenses
• Prepare End of Year Accounts
• Preparation of intercompany recharges and statements, fixed asset registers & posting related journals, prepayments and accruals
• Prepare Cash Flow Prediction
• Point of contact for internal and external audits
• Work to strict deadlines
• To implement any decisions made by the Group FD

Requirements

• Experience gained in a contracting business is essential – ideally interior design.
• To be able to use IT programmes such as Microsoft Excel and ERP software
• Qualified CA, ACCA or CIMA
• Staff Management experience
• Always be pro-active
• To have clear communication skills

Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000
