Employment: Full Time

Our client a Multinational Manufacturing Organisation Headquartered in Germany is looking for a Finance Manager to lead their finance team in the Middle East.

Specific Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Middle East finance team
• Ability to lead on all financial aspects within operations
• Strong understanding of supply chain aspect of finance within the manufacturing industry
• Provides financial leadership to division Planning process including Strategic Planning, Annual Budget Planning, and forecasts.
• Responsible for quality, accuracy, and timely submission of monthly forecasts and budgeting with an independent assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Supports the business in the development and analysis of information regarding specific initiatives and projects. This also includes assessing investment risks, opportunities, strategies and commercial viability.
• Drive improvement and efficiencies in all back office processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Payroll.
• Leads financial reporting, planning, and analysis efforts that support country commercial initiatives.
• Directs the development of the annual operating plan including the evaluation and coordination of all submissions and reports to Senior Management.
• Coordinates financial forecasts through continuing dialogue with country management.
• Ability to integrate other subsidiaries in the future

Requirements

• WESTERN CANDIDATE
• A finance professional with at least 7 years finance experience, 3 of which must have been in the UAE.
• Manufacturing industry experience a must as the candidate should have exposure to processes and procedures of industrial engineering
• Analytically strong with a high standard of numerical understanding
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organisation and at all levels.
• Dynamic and adaptable to change
