Job description / Role
Our client a huge family business are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to report into their CFO of the Real Estate division.
The role will involve:
Finalization of Accounts
Budgeting and Forecasting
Managing a team of 3/4 people
Assisting in the securing of Finances
Credit collection
Improvement of the CRM strategy
Implementing controls
Driving performance through Finance
Requirements
A fully qualified accountant
Have Real Estate experience, preferably within the residential sector
Strong personality
