Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a Multinational Organisation is looking for a Finance Manager to assist the Finance Director in stream lining accounting processes and procedures.

Preparation of monthly management reports, including P&L Account
Preparation & lead for Balance Sheet Reviews.
Lead for actual / forecast / plan, highlighting risks & opportunities & actions to structurally change
Treasury Management & Bank Reconciliations
Actual, Forecast & Plan Reporting. Identify risks & opportunities & actions to bridge any gaps.
Receivables Management
Payables Management
Petty Cash Management
Inter-Company payment Management
Key interface with Internal & External Auditors. Manage year end consolidation & statutory financial statements
Corporate Governance: Drive process, control improvement & recommendations
Implement financial policies and procedures

Requirements

WESTERN OR ARABIC CANDIDATE
UAE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
A qualified accountant with an Audit background including a significant period of time spent in technical finance roles.
Minimum of 7 years experience in the field of Finance and Accounting
Excellent communication skills and self starter
Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge
