Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a leading chain of F&B outlets is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their young and dynamic team based in Dubai.

Reporting to the CEO the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end Finance and Accounts function for the business.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited too the following:

Develop and maintain short term and long term strategic financial objectives for the company.
Analysis of budgets, forecasts and trends.
Reporting of financial statements.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting function.
Implement company policies and procedures.
Continual improvement of the budgeting.
Develop and maintain a cost control function for the business.
Ensure that effective controls are in place to meet regional, international accounting and auditing standards.

Requirements

The successful candidate must posses the following skills and attributes:

Negotiation skills.
Be a team player as well as an excellent communicator.
Have approximately 5 years experience in a senior finance position.
Based in the UAE.
Finance and Accounting qualification/degree or equivalent.
