Employment: Full Time

A leading regional law firm headquartered in Dubai and with a presence in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon is urgently looking to hire a Finance Manager for its office in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Preparation of budgets and forecasts in coordination with management.

• Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan.

• Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.

• Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.

• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.

• Liaise with banks and closely monitor fund and cash flow.

• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing report; making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations when necessary.

• Supervise team in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

• Review current system, make recommendation for system improvement.

• Contribute to structure, procedures, and templates at the department level to enhance value addition to the business.

• Work closely with other departments to apply the best practice and improve the work flow and build efficiency.

Requirements

Skills:

• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate with staff at all level of seniority.

• Possess strong computer skills and be proficient in using computerized accounting systems and spreadsheets.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• Attention to details and time management skills

• Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or higher qualification.

• Five to ten years of experience in a related industry.

Candidates with experience in a law firm will be more desirable.
