Job description / Role
Finance Manager will be responsible for journal entries, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable and daily and monthly cash disbursements and receipts, and will report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare month end and quarter reports
• Examine accounting records and draft reports
• Prepare or contribute to documents such as cost estimates and annual reports.
• Compile financial statements and portfolios for joint venture and third party outside owners
• Prepare monthly financial reports. Process accounts receivable and review accounts payable for each respective property
• Ensures reports/documents are forwarded to auditors and maintains applicable documentation
• Informs management as to any discrepancies or any other problem areas that may exist that arise from the audit
• Meets Accounting Department calendar deadlines
• Makes bank deposits as required
• Improves process related to above duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2+ Years’ experience within Finance / Account or related experience and/or training in property accounting.?
• The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role and be studying towards CCA/CA/CIMA, which is one of the key requirements.
Graduate from a well-respected University.?-Presently located in United Arab Emirates.
