Job description / Role
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Finance Director the Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and monitoring the Financial aspects of the Joint Venture ('JV') in KSA.
This position based in Dubai will cover the set up of a 2 year duration joint venture in KSA and have close interaction with the companies' Managing Director and involve close co-ordination with the Board of Directors and also regional VPs hence the candidate needs to be extremely comfortable dealing with top management. The role will provide further career progression to new
The role will also require the Finance Manager to deal with the this FMCG companies Regional Finance, Tax and Legal for Planning. While also managing the budgets for the JV, setting up the P&L Design, Financial Reporting requirements for all entities under the JV including Statutory Reporting and contract details regarding Scope of services and related terms of Cost.
Requirements
For this very commercially focused role with high visibility to senior management in this Multi-National FMCG we require the Finance Manager to have the following:
Sound technical skills (CA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution).
Experience in commercial finance supporting sales and marketing teams in an Multi-National FMCG distributor environment.
Regional exposure would be a plus.
Prior KSA JV exposure would be a plus.
Demonstrably excellent communication and influencing skill set.
Commercially focused Finance Manager Multi-national experience.
