Finance Manager,
AED 60,000 per month plus benefits,
Dubai, UAE
Our client, an international Oil and Gas company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their ever growing Dubai operations.
As the Finance Manager you will be required to consistently provide timely and accurate financial information (monthly, quarterly and annual) to the business in accordance with the highest levels of reporting standards as required by the business.
Provide this information in a format relevant for the end user (budget holders, management, stakeholders).
To manage the following key aspects of the finance function:
Financial Accounting & Reporting.
Budgets and Forecasts.
Cost control.
Treasury functions.
Requirements
Criteria:
A minimum of 5 years experience in managing the Accounting and reporting functions of a standalone organisation, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Proven experience in leading a team of at least 10 staff.
Proactive and results oriented with broad experience in all aspects of financial control, planning & management.
Demonstrated hands on management style in the development and implementation of plans to ensure company growth.
Solid planning and organizational skills in co-coordinating all aspects of each project from inception through completion.
Well-disciplined with proven ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under extreme pressures while meeting tight deadlines schedules.
Effectively communicates direction, commits people to action and conveys complex information in easily understood formats.
Professionally Qualified Accountant (preferably Chartered Accountant)
Age; Under 45
