This 30 Year Old Multi National with expertise in the Marine and Drilling systems is setting up a new division in Dubai and they have an urgent need for an experienced, ambitious and dynamic Finance Manager who is seeking an opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities.

Joining a strong and focused dynamic team of industry professionals, you will be eager to get in on the ground level and take on all accounting and finance responsibilities and focus on the growth of the operation as it will rapidly expand over the next 5 years.

Currently with two JV in the region and a third acquisition coming this role is not for the faint of heart. You will be responsible for managing ALL of the finance alone, and as your CFO will be based off shore, and as a MNC this means lots of heavy international reporting requirements, monthly, quarterly and yearly with a strong focus on Audit and quality management and tight budget management

Along with Finance responsibility, as you are the only person in the finance accounting department you will also be responsible for performing accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
- JV and Acquisition Management
- International Monthly reporting and analysis
- Revenue and capital expenditure budget/forecast preparation
- Audit and Quality Management
- All Banking Relationships and Negotiations
- Job cost analysis create efficient utilization of the division facility and materials.
- All accounting functions with some support provided for entrys

Requirements

- Outgoing personality and Ambitious Drive
- Accounting degree/CPA qualified.
- Minimum five years prior experience as an FM, concentrated in manufacturing / Drilling Marine, Oil and Gas Industry
- SAP experience an advantage
