Our client is currently seeking a Finance Manager who will be reporting into the GM Finance (JV & International Offices). Key Responsibilities: - Management Reports for JVs - Cash Flow forecasting for JVs - Project dashboards - Coordination with International Offices - Budgets - Quarterly Reporting and GRPs for JVs - Management of bank accounts for JVs (start ups) - Accounting for JVs (start ups) |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant - CA/CPA/ACCA with a minimum of 8 years experience in Property. Hands on experience with ERP systems and good understanding of IFRS is essential. If you have high level of computer proficiency particularly skilled in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint then this is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class company. |
