Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a great opportunity to step up into a Finance Manager role in a boutique DIFC office and take full ownership of the finance function.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Preparation of Budgets, financial reports on regular basis.
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. Auditors, Solicitors, Bankers
- Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets
- The candidate will maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Monthly financial reporting and Preparation of monthly financial packs
- Cash flow and Working Capital management as per the DFSA requirement
- Performing of a period closing, reporting on local and corporate level management
- Preparation, verification and approval of annual FS before signing off in accordance with IFRS
- Manage all related matters with DIFC and DFSA authorities
- Manage office administration and all other adhoc

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, ideally professional qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
- Proven track record of completing all required financial and accounting reports on deadlines
- Flexible, must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work autonomously
