The RoleThe RoleFinance Function: • Overall supervision of Finance function • To report financial statements to top management on monthly basis • To ensure compliance of bank covenants and internal controls of the company • To evaluate capital expenditures • To enforce budgetary controls and to highlight variances • To coordinate with banks and divisional finance Department to meet their requirement. • To prepare annual budgets and assist in 18 months rolling forecast(quarterly) • To prepare feasibilities studies • To make new product costings • To coordinate with external, internal & tax auditors • Assist management in decision making. Credit Control Function: • Over all supervision of Credit Control Function • To follow up and monitor collections • To report and control receivables aging • To conduct quarterly receivables confirmation of balances • To follow up legal cases • To close monthly sales, receivable and collections • To control rebates and other credit and debit notes Others: To implement ERP & Customer Profitability Systems as per company standard |
RequirementsRequirementsRequired Profile: • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accountancy & qualified Accountant CMA from reputed institution • Experience of more than 5 years in large companies, preferably multinational. • Good knowledge of financial accounting & reporting, cost accounting, feasibilities, accounting standards, auditing standards, budgeting, forecasting and Tax. • Well versed with ERP applications and MS Office Software • Good presentation and communication skills. Good English and fluent Arabic language skills. • Analytical and detail oriented • Can manage and provide leadership to business functions and department staff of various levels and backgrounds. |
