We are looking for a Finance Manager who can manage the overall responsibility of Book keeping and accounts functions with a focus on achievement of Masafi groups profitability and business objectives.

The key accountabilities of this position are:

BUSINESS PLAN:
Cooperate and assist towards creation of Annual Operating Plan for the region with the regional sales team. Ensure that the plan is aligned with the overall corporate plan & vision.

AUDIT:
Coordinate and formalize all external audit activities with auditors of Company to get the accounts audited on a timely basis.

BUDGETARY AND COST CONTROL:
Monitor ongoing capital and recurring expenditures vis--vis the budgetary figures to control costs.

INTERNAL CONTROL:
Implement & supervise internal controls to monitor and safeguard the company assets.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Assist the CFO to prepare monthly & annual financial statements on timely basis to report financial profitability status to management.

COSTING & PRICING:
Assist the Chief Financial Officer to prepare monthly & annual financial statements on timely basis to report financial profitability status to management.

MIS:
Implements and upgrades Information Technology and tools for MIS to improve financial reports for Management Decision Making.

RISK MANAGEMENT:
Assesses and foresees risks that could affect the regions performance in the near and distant future by implementing a proper Risk Management process and thereby eliminating risk areas.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT):
Coordinates with IT service providers to ensure IT infrastructure is available for the Region users and offices.

ORDER TO SETTLEMENT:
Ensure systems and processes are in place to ascertain that invoices are captured in accurately in the system and generate the money equivalent completing the order to settlement cycle.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant.

EXPERIENCE:
- 8-12 years of experience in a large manufacturing and FMCG company.
- Experience with Oracle Financials or any large ERP is a plus.

SKILLS AND SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
- Computer literate on all MS Office programs especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP structure, good in - Oracle Financial.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Numerical Reasoning.
- Conflict resolution.
- Team Leader.
