The Role


The Role


Finance Manager required to oversee the finance function for the Jeddah office of this successful organisation, with responsibility for the monthly reporting to the branch manager and UAE CFO, monthly MI pack, financial reporting, local regulatory and statutory reporting.
Oversight to be provided by UAE Finance

Finalizes monthly accounts including but not limited to balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow
Prepares the divisional accounts to determine the cost efficiency of the various business units and the monthly MI pack for Saudi
Prepares all financial reports including MIS reports for parent company (monthly and quarterly)
Prepares monthly management reports
Prepares 12th month financial forecast for the Branch and monitors actual progress against it.
Maintains the provisions register
Maintains accounting systems
Controls account reconciliation.
Maintains reporting schedules
Enters, reconciles and maintains all accruals, provisions, interest payables and pre-paid expenses
Prepares year-end schedules
Manages the quarterly and half yearly reporting requirements
Handles customer queries & resolves their problems while clarifying operational related issues.
Signs-off for deal closure ages a
Verifies and tallies bank reconciliation when needed.

Requirements


Requirements


4 to 6 years experience in a related field
Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
Bachelorís degree in Accounting
CMA/CPA Qualified
A financial qualification e.g. CFA is desirable
Excellent in English and Arabic language.
