Finance Manager, Jubail - Saudi Arabia

- Location: Jubail KSA (or Bahrain)

Our client is a leading conglomerate of companies from Saudi Arabia who currently seek to appoint a Finance Manager for one of their global companies that manufacture Cast Stretch Film. The focus of the role is business and territory development for the Saudi market. The target markets are large packaging material distributors, distributors with rewinding facilities and large end users.

Reporting to the President, the proven performer we seek will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure liquidity of funds by defining and implementing Liquidity Risk Management strategies.
- Coordinate with SIDF, Banks and financial institutions to meet the financing requirements of the Company.
- Manage credit risk of the Company. Evaluate and recommend credit limits for customers as per approved credit policy.
- Manage foreign currency exposures.
- Plan and implement the policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding accounting and financial reporting.
- Prepare and consolidate the Companys budget.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting to the shareholders.
- Review YTD actual vs budgeted performances and identify the gaps
- Prepare statutory Financial Statements and Coordinate with external auditors.
- Follow Zakat and Tax matters of the Company.
- Supervise day to day accounting activities and this involves approval of transactions for posting in ERP system.
- Prepare financial feasibility of expansion projects.
- Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies and procedures relating to financial management.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or comparable with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) being highly desirable. A Masters would be highly regarded.
- 3-6 Years work experience as Finance Manager in a similar organization.
- Experience with ERP system, preferable, Oracle business suite or equivalent, and Business Intelligence,
- Strong experience in income statement analysis
- Highly motivated self-starter with superior communication skills and a propensity to do it.
- Proficiency in MS office applications particularly Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point
- Fluent English language skills essential, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational analytical and interpersonal skills
