Job description / Role
Salary up to 20K AED Plus standard benefits.
Inspire Selection is recruiting a Finance Manager for a multinational engineering consultancy company. The role is based in Al Khobar, Saudi.
JOB PURPOSE
• Financial Accounting: complete responsibility for the maintaining the accounting records and processes of the business(es) in line with group policies; including
• Collating of the accounting input, adjustments, reconciliations and preparation of the accounting records to balance sheet for the business in KSA.
• Preparation of the financial statement and managing the annual company audit.
• Attending to all statutory and tax requirements of the business.
• Preparation of Financial and Management Reports, including Cognos reporting to comprehensively explain the financial results to local management and Regional Finance Director MENA & Pakistan.
Responsibilities
Collating of the accounting input, adjustments, reconciliations and preparation of the accounting records to balance sheet for the country by:
• Preparing and processing standard journals.
• Preparing and processing standard inter-company invoices for the relevant business / operating units
• Review petty cash voucher
• Processing of bank charges and debit orders and preparation of bank recons for the various bank accounts.
• Payroll reconciliation for KSA.
• Reviewing the trial balance to ensure all costs have been accounted for in the month.
• Generate and process journals from sub-system ledgers.
• Preparing and presenting all G/L recons and account analyses using accounting software and MS tools.
• Liaising with company auditors to finalise various tax payments.
• Keeping track of company credit card payments and timely booking of expenses and rebilling the same to clients and keep credit cards payment on time.
Preparation of Financial and Management Reports, including Cognos reporting to comprehensively explain the financial results for KSA to GM & Regional FD by:
• Generating reports e.g. Profit & Loss, Trial balances, up to Balance Sheet for businesses in KSA to RFD and local and regional management.
• Capture of fixed assets into AM module. Process depreciation journals for KSA.
Requirements
A fully Chartered Accountant with 5 years PQE
Min 3 years experience in a Big 4 firm followed by 2 years experience in a large multinational company
Hands-on experience of using ERP systems
Dynamic and outgoing personality
Ambitious with desire to be the best
