NTS Group are representing a globally leading multi-national firm to recruit a Finance Manager in Riyadh, KSA. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial, accounting and commercial aspects of the company and will work very closely with the Country GM to drive the business forward though a period of rapid growth.

Aspects of the role include;

1. Budget Setting
• Manage the consolidation of information from different project managers and conduct needed analysis on current business to set the company's annual budget
• Conduct periodic reviews on the financial performance versus the set budget of the Company to identify anticipated costs and risks and capitalize upon performance improvement opportunities
2. Projects Accounting
• Manage and oversee the setting up of projects into Oracle system to ensure all company's requirements and processes have been complied with.
• Drive the monthly review process with Project Managers to get an update on status of the projects, percentage of completion and estimated cost to complete.
3. Financial Reporting
• Lead and direct the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reports as required by the management, the board and external/internal auditors.
4. Working capital management and control
5. Pro-active monitoring / control over overhead costs
6. People management - management of the Finance team

Requirements

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CMA, CPA)

* Degree in Finance or Accounting

* Min 5 years + across a commercial finance position, preferably within a multi-national company

* Strong technical accounting background (Big 4 a Plus)

* Arabic speaking is essential
