Finance Manager

A secure printing facility in the UAE in partnership with Executive Solutions is looking to recruit a Finance Manager within the UAE.

Finance Manager is responsible for developing and improving the organizations financial policies and procedures. This position also manages and follows up on all financial, accounting and budgeting activities and ensures that financial controls are exercised over all financial activities.

Candidates should have experience in developing the finance strategy and plans, policies and processes for the department and developing the departments annual budget and plan in consultation with the Corporate Services Director.

The candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day accounting activities A/R, A/P, payroll, etc. and controls cash flow and budget and establishes effective accounting procedures and control systems. Communicate the budget guidelines to all parties involved in the budgeting process.

Ensures appropriate workflow management between staff through appropriate delegation of work.

Requirements

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance department of which at least 3 years in a secure printing facility
- Knowledgeable of International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness
- Advanced presentation and reporting abilities
