Finance and Accounts Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a leading Middle East based construction company. They have recently been awarded some major project in Doha, Qatar and are looking to recruit a number of senior staff to work in their head office. One of these positions is a Finance and Accounts Manager. The role will involve managing the individual finance and accounts departments and implementing and managing the financial reporting and management reporting for the group. You will design and implement internal controls and reporting for the business, control and process review, compliance, develop business performance KPI's, oversee the annual budget, and ensure reconciliation between management and statutory accounts.

Requirements

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent in accounting or a financial related field and will have a proven track record in managing a finance or accounts department in the Middle East. Candidates must have previously worked for a construction company and will posses excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
