Financial Analyst Business Controller - Automotive Sales Company

Financial Analyst Business Controller - Leading Automotive Sales Company - 2+ years experience

Our client is a leading Automotive Sales group representing international brands across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Put in place Service policies and procedures and make sure that they are followed by the operations
- Full Financial analysis duties
- Make spot checks and audits to make sure all procedures are followed
- Work closely with the service team to make sure all operations processes are respected (workshop loading, Technicians Clocking)
- Prepare monthly warranty receivables reconciliation and meet with the operations team to clear old outstanding
- Prepare monthly insurance receivables reconciliations and follow-up the submission of invoices and approvals with the finance team
- Prepare and control the incentive calculations of the service team
- Put in place action plan for low performing profit centers
- Conduct Monthly controls: Invoicing process, Warranty claims, Insurance claims, wip control...)
- Apply a working knowledge of applicable procedures; verify documents for completeness and compliance with the group policies & procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate Degree in Accounting/ Finance. A postgraduate qualification, such as CMA or CA preferred.
- Should have 4 - 6 years experience with process & procedures in finance/ analysis or business control
- At least 2 years experience in Automotive industry - preferable with experience in big Automotive car business (40 - 50,000 vehicles sold per year)
