Financial Analyst Level 2 F-15 ICS

Finance Analyst will report to F-15 ICS (Interim Contractor Support) Program Finance Team Leader, under leadership of BSA CFO and Program Finance Manager. This role will support MM&U & BSA Finance, BDS Accounting and Corporate Finance Functions to ensure quality, compliant Boeing Financials, BDS/GS&S /Program Level Financial Reporting and BSA Saudi statutory disclosures.

This role contributes to and supports the overall F-15 SA ICS IWT Saudi Arabia strategy, BDS in-Country Growth and manages complex finance issues with multi-functional groups. This role will be primarily charged to provide support in the fields of Program Finance and Performance Reporting for F-15SA ICS IWT Finance needs with the extended responsibility to support BSA Program Finance needs.

The position supports the F-15 ICS IWT/other Long Range Business Planning (LRBP) EAC (Estimates at Completion) activity, monthly performance reporting and forecasting. In coordination with BSA Core Finance and US Program Finance teams, this position will prepare and present financial reports to a wide variety of audiences and support both Program/Site and broad company accounting and finance objectives. The Financial Analyst also supports timely accounting closing and consolidation process.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively interprets and implements specific financial guidelines (Boeing Company Procedures, Policies, US GAAP, CAS/FAR, Saudi GAAP, statutory, etc.).
- Supports BSA scope F-15 ICS IWT business forecast and evaluates emerging requirements.
- Works independently and in a team environment.
- Ensures the accuracy of financial forecast and site rate publications by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information.
- Uses experience and knowledge of program Finance requirements /Finance practices for BSA and Program business reporting and forecast needs.
- Supports preparation underlying BSA Program financial information for BDS Home data calls.
- Working together with BU Finance and BDS Home office teams, supports BSA rate forecast and program proposal updates and the related audit activities.
- Works together with BSA GM, CFO, Program Leadership and Contracts for BSA site Financial data calls, inter-company proposals and disclosures.
- Liaison across BI Functions and IMEA/Intl Finance resources and OBIP Integrators to support BDS Wide and Enterprise Finance initiatives.
- Performs special projects as assigned by BSA CFO, F-15 Program Finance Manager and BSA Finance Team Leaders.
- Uses experience and knowledge of Saudi accounting requirements and practices for BSA Business reporting and forecast needs.

Requirements

Skills:
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handling both routine and complex finance duties.
- Ability to handle and prepare underlying financial data in support of developing/maintaining forecast, business reporting and rate disclosure.
- Ability to handle broader Finance initiatives by providing necessary guidance on business reporting needs/ requirements, including accounting processes and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
- Flexible and energetic person and ability to work different tasks at the same time.
- Good ERP and accounting systems skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and ability to work within a time-constrained environment.
- Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communications skills in Arabic (native speaker - fluency) and English.
- Understanding of audit process and ability to work through issues with statutory auditors and tax advisors.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited university.
- 3-6 or more years' related work experience (Bachelor degree) or and typically 1-4 (Masters degree) or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in multinational global company environment with dealing with financial reporting /cost accounting issues.

Desired:
- Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) Certification or similar certification.
- Experience in aerospace or defense industries.
- Big 4 or second tier accounting firm background.
- MBA in Finance and/or Master Degree in Accounting.
- Prior experience dealing with overseas home office accounting and finance organization.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay and benefits are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll. Relocation benefits are available.

Successful candidates must be a Saudi National or be able to obtain and maintain legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia for continued employment. The company will support the employee and administer the immigration process, but the candidate is ultimately responsible to obtain legal authorization as such authorization is determined by Saudi Arabia based on the applicant's education and personal background.
