The RoleThe RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to join a start-up Private Office with ambitious ideas and big plans! The ideal candidate will be currently working in Transaction Services of one of Big 4. You will be working closely with Head of Strategic Development and the Head of Private Office to research and assess new investment opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include: Assist in executing the firm’s pioneering transactions Perform due diligence, credit analysis and financial analysis Prepare transaction documents, marketing materials and memorandums Research special projects |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for the role you must have/be: Finance graduate currently studying towards professional qualification, ideally CFA Currently working in Transaction Services of one of the Big 4 Must have previous exposure to Financial Modeling Strong ability to conduct financial and credit analysis Able to work in unstructured environment and think outside the box Ambitious, driven, passionate about research and analysis, attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills Solid organizational & time management skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as being a team player Experience in emerging markets private equity and/or financial analysis is a plus is a plus |
