Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Financial modeling
- Monthly financial consolidation with foreign entities in coordination with the consolidation team.
- Overseeing production of weekly/monthly flash report.
- Developing and managing monthly financial performance metrics with department leadership.
- Leading the annual budget process throughout the organization, seeing it to completion.
- Assisting department leaders in understanding and usage of department budgets as key management tools in meeting monthly financial and performance goals.
- Similarly leading the 6 quarterly rolling forecast processes and ensuring timely reporting.
- Design, create, implement, modify, maintain and support existing reports.
- Work with management and subject matter experts to help define new reporting requirements.
- Compile accurate cash projections on a monthly basis for the CFOs use during monthly meetings.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed to support their ongoing development.
- Must understand and carefully follow security guidelines concerning confidential information.
- Participate in evaluating future reporting tools.
- Managing Reporting activities and representation during business meetings to understand and ensure needed information is delivered which meets strategies business goals.

Requirements

The jobholder should be a Post graduate/ Graduate with experience.

Should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and with different nationalities.

The ability to understand all the financial terms, concepts along with sound IT knowledge(Excel, Oracle, SAP).

Manufacturing experience is essential.
