Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Min 1- 5 years of accounting experience in reputed concern in SAP environment.
- Bachelors /Masters Degree or Professional Certification in Accounting
- Directly responsible in the documentation and record control of GL Accounts
- Helps establishing procedures for maintaining and implementing the FI-GL Sub-module system.
- GL Master Data Maintenance
- Creating Approved GL Accounts
- Direct responsible for the changes to be done for GL Account Master Data
- Passing of entries relating to Adjustments for Month-end closing
- Accruals, amortizations and Deferrals for Month-end closing
- Reconciliation of Advances to suppliers
- Reconciliation of HR module payroll entries
- Reconciliation of HR Employees loan/advances entries against the GL balances
- Reconciliation of HR Clearing account entries against the GL entries
- Coordination with Accounts Payable Accountant on Month-end closing
- Coordination with Accounts Receivable Accountant on Month-end closing
- Coordination with Treasury Accountant on Month-end closing
- Coordination with Cost Accountant on Month-end closing
- Directly responsible for providing various statutory Financial Statements as well as those required by Partners.
- Responsible in providing detailed information to various GL accounts
- Reconciliation & verification of transactions passed into the FI-GL sub-module from various SAP Modules.(MM, HR, S & D, CCA, etc)
- Responsible for closing and opening of periods for control and month-end closing purposes.
- The Employee shall carry out his duties to the highest quality standards, be aware of the Companys
- Quality Program, and shall be aware of and comply with his departments standard operating procedures

Requirements

- Proven accounting skills and knowledge of various accounting standards
- Proficient in operating on SAP FICO and other related modules.
- Should possess exception analytical skills and should have hands on experience of accounting and reporting.
- Good presentation & communication skills in English.
- Good working knowledge in SAP.
- Good interpersonal skills, Good Communication skills. Diligent and able to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude towards work
