Employment: Full Time

This role contributes to and supports the overall Boeing Saudi Arabia (BSA) Finance and Accounting operations and handles complex financial reporting and accounting issues with multi-functional groups.

- The position primarily supports BSA Finance Long Range Business Planning (LRBP) activity, monthly performance reporting and forecasting.
- This position will research, prepare and present financial reports to a wide variety of audiences and support broad company accounting and finance objectives.
- The financial analyst also supports timely accounting closing and consolidation process.
- The Financial analyst will report to BSA Finance Team Leader and will support Boeing Finance/Accounting organizations and Corporate Functions to ensure quality, compliant Boeing Financials and BSA Saudi statutory disclosures.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively interprets and implements specific financial guidelines (Boeing Company Procedures, Policies, US GAAP, Saudi GAAP, statutory, etc.).
- Prepares business forecast, evaluates and applies effective internal controls and supports emerging requirements.
- Works independently and in a team environment.
- Ensures the accuracy of financial forecast and site rate publications by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information.
- Uses experience and knowledge of Saudi accounting requirements and practices for BSA Business reporting and forecast needs.
- Coordinates information needs and requirements for timely preparation of business and program performance reporting.
- Supports broader accounting and BU Finance initiatives by providing local guidance on accounting /related regulatory requirements, including accounting processes and systems.
- Prepares underlying financial information for BDS Home data calls supporting.
- Working together with BU Finance and BDS Home office team, maintains BSA entity rate model for future forward pricing rates.
- Work together with BSA GM, CFO and Contracts team for preparation of inter-company proposals and disclosures.
- Performs special projects as assigned by BSA Finance Team Leader and BSA CFO.

Requirements

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handling both routine and complex finance duties.
- Ability to handle and prepare underlying financial data in support of developing/maintaining forecast, business reporting and rate disclosure.
- Ability to handle broader Finance initiatives by providing necessary guidance on business reporting needs/ requirements, including accounting processes and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
- Flexible and energetic person and ability to work different tasks at the same time.
- Good ERP and accounting systems skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethics, and ability to work within a time-constrained environment.
- Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communications skills in Arabic (native speaker - fluency) and English.
- Understanding of audit process and ability to work through issues with statutory auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited university.
- 3-6 or more years' related work experience (Bachelor degree) or and typically 1-4 (Masters degree) or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in multinational global company environment with dealing with accounting /reporting issues.

Desired:
- Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) Certification or similar certification.
- Experience in aerospace or defense industries.
- Big 4 or second tier accounting firm background.
- MBA in Finance and/or Master Degree in Accounting.
- Prior experience dealing with overseas home office accounting and finance organization.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay and benefits are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll. Relocation benefits are available.

Successful candidates must be a Saudi National or be able to obtain and maintain legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia for continued employment. The company will support the employee and administer the immigration process, but the candidate is ultimately responsible to obtain legal authorization as such authorization is determined by Saudi Arabia based on the applicant's education and personal background.
